He set up a sperate location for each. We NEVER had a single problem the whole night! He has an omni-directional microphone that our pastor wore on his suit during the ceremony so my husband and I did not have any wires near us. He made our song selection very easy with all of the recommendations and endless lists of songs he had available. We had so many compliments about how fun the night was, and I contribute a lot of it to the entertainment and dancing. He helped us with a timeline of the night and everything ran VERY smooth. The following is a letter sent to a prospective client asking for references from Scott and Jenny and CC'd to me with permission to post: "Dave was a fantastic DJ. We
would not have done anything differently. Dave was very open
to music ideas and he is very very knowledgeable about an amazing amount of different songs. He helped us choose music for everything from the Processional to the Mother/Son dance. We gave him about 6 song titles of the music we wanted to have played at the reception and he did a wonderful job filling in the rest. We are not big music people so we didn't have a huge list of songs scripted for him. We just asked him to use his professional judgment, to read the crowd and play music accordingly. We got dozens of complements from our guests on the outstanding selection of songs he played. Dave is extremely organized and very passionate about his work - that was clear from the moment we first talked to him. The DJ is who will orchestrate the entire day, and it is one area you really want to be comfortable with. We believe that when you hire someone for your wedding that it should be the owner doing the service (photography, DJ, flowers, etc.) because they have a real stake in the end. Dave talks about all the "High End Equipment" he uses and it was something that we never thought would matter much. We kind of thought is was just sales talk. I can tell you, that it is not a joke. His equipment is outstanding; it sounds and works wonderfully. Dave comes with our highest recommendation." Scott
